Helixteus 3 Alpha v0.27.4 (14 Jul 2023)

The first ever update where the community did most of the work! Special thanks to GelexyBrian for the bug fixes.

- Fixed bug where steam engine consumes (and returns) sand instead of coal when pressing "G"
- Dismantling broken unrepaired megastructures should work now
- Another attempt to fix bug where you can't build new megastructures on the same planet/star after dismanting one
- Another attempt to fix bug where you can't repair broken megastructures
- Fixed mods panel layout (the arrow buttons in particular are a little less OP now)
- Generating the Milky Way by travelling through the wormhole should work now
- Added a link to the modding wiki in the mods panel made by Discordian
