Helixteus 3 Alpha v0.28.2 (17 Oct 2023)

- Fixed glass factory resource bar not showing the progress if it's processing resources
- Fixed zoom lock when pressing "C" twice in a row to show construct panel
- No longer need to open the ship panel for ships to start getting XP after a spaceport is repaired
- Greenhouse production (and cellulose drain) now affected by CBD's time speed bonus
- Cellulose drain now also affected by Planck constant
- Fixed bug where repeatedly upgrading a CBD with time speed bonus gives even more bonuses to affected tiles than it should
- "Speed up ships" button now disabled if the slider for ship drive fuel is at 0
- Fixed not being able to modify two phase diagrams without resetting the first, and restored how phase diagrams look like before the Godot 4 conversion
- Fixed error that can occur when craters are completely mined with boring machines
