A quick patch to partially address the popular whining of the new energy cap:
- Starting energy cap raised from 2500 -> 7500
- Batteries base cap raised from 1500 -> 12000
- Dyson sphere energy cap multiplied by 10
As well as a few bug fixes like lava immunity rover enhancement not working and fiery rock texture issues.
